Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eligible for QMHA certification Valid Oregon Driver License , reliable transportation, and auto insurance Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field, or a combination of education, 2 years' relevant experience, and training Experience working with children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges Strong communication, scheduling, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and punctuality
Key Responsibilities:
Support child/family therapists and teachers in implementing individualized service plans Coordinate services and appointments with clients and families Creatively problem-solve and apply behavior support strategies Maintain accurate, timely documentation using agency software Comply with HIPAA regulations and uphold client confidentiality
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
