Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions - Campus Visit Coordinator Neumann University is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the full-time position of Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions - Campus Visit Coordinator. The Campus Visit Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the college's campus visit experience for undergraduate prospective students, families, counselors, and community partners. This position manages individual and group visits, coordinates campus tours and information sessions, supervises student ambassadors, collaborates with campus partners, and ensures that every visitor receives a welcoming and informative experience that supports the institution's enrollment goals. The Campus Visit Coordinator serves as one of the primary ambassadors of the institution and plays a critical role in creating positive first impressions that influence prospective students' college decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Campus Visit Program Management
Ensure a welcoming, personalized experience for all visitors.
Coordinate all campus visits, including individual appointments, large recruitment events and group visits.
Manage the Undergraduate Enrollment campus visit calendar and scheduling in Slate, the University's CRM.
Track visit trends and yield metrics.
Coordinate visit follow-up communications.
Monitor visitor satisfaction surveys and identify areas in need of improvements.
Tour Guide Program Supervision
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, evaluate and supervise the Neumann Navigators, the University's student tour guide program.
Event Planning
Coordinate logistics for all Undergraduate Enrollment events including reserving facilities and audiovisual, arranging catering and collaborating with students, staff and faculty.
Oversee event setup and execution.
Admissions Recruitment
Manage the recruitment of, and application reads for, undergraduate students from a specific geographic recruitment territory.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
One to three years of experience in admissions, event planning, higher education, hospitality, customer service, or related fields
Ability to be proactive, strategic, and meet deadlines accordingly
Must have strong interpersonal skills and be goal oriented, self-motivated, and flexible
Understanding of and ability to articulate and support the mission of Neumann University
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using data systems (i.e. Slate CRM)
Public speaking and presentation skills
Data analysis and reporting
Physical Requirements:
Evening and weekend work during recruitment events
Ability to stand for extended periods during events
Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds
Travel will be required for occasional recruitment activities
