Admissions Coordinator Job Summary:

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for our new residents, families, and service teams. With a focus on personalized attention and exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for guiding the admissions process, from initial inquiry to move-in day. Responsibilities:
Coordinate the admissions process, including prospective resident interviews, tours, and dwellings assessments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and newly admitted residents Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, social workers, and families Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to admissions and resident intake Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans for new residents Provide exceptional customer service to families, residents, and service teams throughout the admissions process Identify and address potential barriers to admission and work with the care team to develop solutions Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to optimize the admissions process
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field Associate degree; degree in social work, nursing, or a related field preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Why Choose Cranberry Place?
