Job Description

Patient Advocate Location:
East Stroudsburg, PA (Delaware Water Gap Area)
Shift:
Evening, 3:00 PM to 11:00
PM Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week) Part-Time (16 to 24 hours/week) Rotating weekends required
Responsibilities:
Support clients in a behavioral health and substance use treatment setting Monitor client safety and document observations Assist with admissions, transportation, meals, and appointments Respond appropriately to crisis situations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Behavioral health or substance use experience preferred Strong communication skills Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license required
