  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Process insurance claims and payments
  • Assist with billing and accounting tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referring dentists
  • Work closely with dental team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in dental office administration (preferred)
  • Proficiency in dental software (we use OpenDental)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
