- We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Dental Office Administrative team member to join our dynamic and growing practice. As a full-time administrative team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Process insurance claims and payments
- Assist with billing and accounting tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referring dentists
- Work closely with dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in dental office administration (preferred)
- Proficiency in dental software (we use OpenDental)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
