Who we are:
Harris Family Dentistry is an intimate fee-for-service cosmetic focused private practice located in Malvern, PA. We opened our doors to patients in September of 2021 with a mission to bring exceptional dentistry and service to the area. While our practice is new, Dr. Harris is not new to dentistry, continuing the tradition of his father who was in practice for over 30 years. We are looking for a team member who is equally as passionate about people, service and high quality dentistry. If you are looking for a churn and burn type environment, that is NOT us. We serve approximately 10 patients a day and embrace the ability to delivery top quality dentistry. Relationship building is a core value of the practice! The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:
EXCEPTIONAL
customer service skills both in person and over the phone Empathy and compassion Outgoing personality Be comfortable presenting treatment plans ranging from 100$-50,000$ Asking for payment at the time of services being rendered Willingness to learn and be a team player Willingness to work on a small team Strong communication skills Adaptable and a quick learner

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
