Scheduling Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, the Intake Coordinator, Specialist uses a software application to process referral information provided by client and enters, imports and/or creates Intake Services for new or rescheduled services. This position assigns services to the Scheduling Coordinator, manages web-based portal, emails, and telephones to ensure referrals are being processed timely, and delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch points.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Intake and processing of Medical Evaluations and Depositions requests Assignment of intake requests to scheduling coordinators Telephone and written client interactions Provide support to team by corresponding with providers, clients and claimants regarding changes. Assist in managing team email Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Competencies:
Proven ability to plan and organize workload Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced work environment Good follow-through skills Work well in a team-oriented work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills with ability to critically evaluate and resolve problems Strong computer skills at intermediate level Education and/or
Experience:
