Job Description

Front Office Registration Specialist Part-time McConnellsburg, PA NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!! Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience.

Job Duties:
Answering calls Checking clients in/out Collecting money Assisting with reminder calls Sending interest/no show/discharge letters Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system Assisting providers as needed Closing office Scheduling clients
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn how to take client vital signs Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training TrueNorth Wellness Services has been providing our communities with behavioral health and wellness programs for 50 years and strives to create a safe environment of trusting relationships and a culture of hope and healing where all will thrive.
