Job Overview Your Children are welcome!! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Youth Admissions Coordinator to join our CORY Youth Program team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the admissions process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help streamline patient intake, ensure accurate documentation, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages trust and confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and support the operational success of our medical or dental practice. Responsibilities Greet prospective patients warmly and assist them with the admissions process, ensuring a positive first impression Collect, verify, and accurately input patient information into logs. Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up communications Provide clear explanations of programs offered at The Voice of Da Voiceless Innovation Center. Support administrative tasks such as preparing forms, managing member files, and handling correspondence Collaborate with parents & Guardians Requirements Prior experience in a kid friendly office setting is highly preferred Proven ability to support administrative functions with attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Office experience Effective communication skills that foster trust and clarity with parents and team members

Pay:
