Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. This position is hybrid and training is required onsite at 7974 UW Health Ct. in Middleton, WI. Training can last up to 6 weeks and is scheduled from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday
  • Friday each week. Once fully trained, the selected individual will transition to a primarily remote role and will be scheduled Monday
  • Friday, 8:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM.

We are seeking an Authorization Representative to: Obtain prior authorization from payers for inpatient and outpatient services provided by UW Health. Demonstrate skilled communication and troubleshooting techniques as well as excellent customer service skills. Anticipate and respond to a wide variety of issues/concerns and the ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively. Qualifications No minimum education Required High school diploma or equivalent.
