Bilingual Patient Care & Social Media Intern (Hybrid)

Part-Time | 14-16 Hours Per Week We are a growing MedSpa seeking a friendly, professional, and social media-savvy team member to join our practice. This hybrid position combines front desk responsibilities, patient care coordination, and social media marketing. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, creating engaging content, and helping a growing business thrive.

Schedule Mondays:

10:00 AM•4:00 PM (In Office)

Thursdays:

10:00 AM•2:00 PM (Remote) (Will start remote day when fully trained)

Every Other Friday:

10:00 AM•4:00 PM (In Office)

Alternate Saturdays:

10:00 AM•2:00 PM (In Office) Rotating weekend schedule: When scheduled on Friday, you will not work Saturday. When scheduled on Saturday, you will not work Friday. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service Check patients in and out Answer incoming phone calls and client inquiries Schedule appointments and confirmations Assist with daily office operations Create and schedule social media content Capture photos and videos for marketing purposes Respond to social media messages and comments Promote services, specials, and events Support patient retention and engagement initiatives Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently during remote hours Interest in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or wellness Preferred Qualifications Previous MedSpa, aesthetic, medical, dental, or wellness office experience Experience creating social media content Knowledge of Boulevard EMR is a strong plus What We Offer Hybrid work schedule with remote hours Opportunity for increased hours as the practice continues to grow Quarterly performance bonuses Complimentary laser treatments Significant employee discounts on aesthetic services and skincare products Positive, supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within an expanding MedSpa We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our long-term growth and help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
