Are you experienced at handling a high volume of calls and the ability to quickly assess situations? At Main Line Health, we are looking for your skills! You would be the first point of contact for patients and physicians to schedule various tests, and provide solutions to meet both the patients' and facilities' needs. Develop and Grow Your Career! Position-Specific Benefits include:

Position:
Patient Access Specialist Shift:
8:15AM-4:45PM (subject to change after training, day shifts)
Experience:
1. 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk, financial counseling or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high volume, high acuity environment. 2. Strong persuasion, organizational and follow through skills. 3. Ability to multi-task under a moderate amount of pressure, and to interact and work with clinical as well as nonclinical staff.
