Pearland, TX (Hybrid Position•Remote + In-Office)
Compensation:

Our growing chiropractic and medical wellness office is seeking a highly motivated Patient Acquisition Coordinator to help convert incoming leads into committed patients through relationship-building, follow-up, and strong communication skills.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong income potential for motivated individuals who can generate results, convert patients, and help grow the clinic.

This is NOT a passive receptionist position. We are looking for a motivated producer who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, handling objections, and helping grow a business.

This hybrid role combines remote lead follow-up responsibilities with in-office patient coordination and treatment plan support. The right candidate will play a major role in helping patients commit to care while helping grow the clinic.

The ideal person is competitive, coachable, energetic, emotionally intelligent, and motivated to increase their income through performance. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to Facebook, Instagram, Google, and marketing-generated leads Make outbound calls and text follow-ups to prospective patients Build trust and emotional connection with leads over the phone Schedule appointments and improve patient show rates Follow up consistently with unconverted leads and missed appointments Assist with patient communication regarding recommended care plans Help patients commit to treatment plans after provider recommendations Track daily statistics, lead activity, and sales performance Use Go High Level CRM for communication and lead tracking Participate in community outreach and business development activities Attend training, roleplay sessions, and sales coaching meetings Work remotely during designated lead follow-up hours Support in-office patient conversion and treatment plan discussions Some evenings and occasional Saturdays may be required Ideal Candidate Traits Confident and persuasive communicator Highly motivated by goals, performance, and income growth Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Competitive and self-driven Strong emotional intelligence and people skills Persistent and resilient when handling objections Coachable and willing to improve through feedback and training Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients commit Organized and able to track leads and statistics Reliable for both remote and in-office responsibilities Professional appearance and communication skills Compensation Structure This is a performance-based compensation opportunity designed for motivated individuals who enjoy communication, follow-up, sales, and helping people take action.
Compensation Includes:
Part-time hourly pay , Appointment show bonuses, Commission opportunities tied to patient conversions and treatment plan sales. Higher commission opportunities on regenerative medicine package sales. Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities. Top performers who can consistently generate results and help grow the clinic will have strong earning potential. Work Environment This is a hybrid position involving both remote and in-office responsibilities.
