This role keeps our schedule running smoothly and makes every patient feel welcome — all through phone calls and text messages, whether they're reaching out for the first time or checking in as a regular. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Respond to patient text messages in a timely, friendly manner Schedule and coordinate appointments for new and existing patients Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow organized and on time Make a great first impression through every call and text Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details Support the clinic team with administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Front desk, customer service, or reception experience (any industry welcome) A naturally friendly, upbeat, people-first personality — this is essential Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Full-time position Must be willing and available to work 3 evening shifts per week If you think you are a good fit, please send us your resume WITH your work availability!
