Schedule:

Days | 5x8 | 40 hours/week Shift Options 8:00 AM

4:30 PM 9:00 AM
5:00 PM 1:30 PM
10:00 PM Candidates must be flexible to work any of the above shifts.

Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of Patient Service Associate (PSA) or related patient service experience Previous experience in a medical setting (physician office, clinic, or hospital) Scheduling experience required Experience using Epic EMR preferred/required Strong customer service and communication skills Additional Information Monday-Friday schedule with 1 weekend every 4 weeks Position is fully remote after onboarding On-site attendance is required for the first two days for orientation and equipment pickup Candidates must have a suitable remote work environment and reliable internet connection. #TB_HC Why TalentBurst?
