Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Support Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sandy, UT with a growing healthcare technology team. - Provide customer support to members by phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, healthcare navigation, benefits questions, and account support.
- Make outbound calls to members and healthcare providers to coordinate care and resolve service needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Manage multiple cases while meeting quality, productivity, and service expectations. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$22.00 per hour.- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Start date: September 28.
Training:
8 weeks of fully paid training.- Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
- Training attendance: 100% attendance is required.
- Training work arrangement: Hybrid, with Monday-Wednesday onsite and Thursday-Friday remote.
- Work arrangement after training: Hybrid schedule.
- Post-training schedule option 1: Monday-Friday, five 8-hour shifts.
- Post-training schedule option 2: Four 9-hour weekday shifts plus one 4-hour weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday, with one weekday and one weekend day off.
- Shifts may be opening, mid, or closing based on business needs.
