This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Once fully trained, there is additional schedule flexibility which will be discussed in the interview process. This is a hybrid position with onsite requirements being 1-2 times per quarter. When onsite you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct. We are seeking a Reimbursement Representative to: Follow up with third party payers and patients on outstanding account balances (including credit balances) to facilitate prompt resolution of outstanding account balances. Verify patient coverage information and update registration as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field Preferred Work Experience 1 year of experience in an insurance, finance, medical, hospital, or customer service-related field. Required Revenue Cycle (healthcare business, financial or insurance) experience.
