Dental Front Office Coordinator- Must have Dental experience! Join Our Team! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Office Coordinator to be the face of our practice. If you thrive in a family centered environment, enjoy helping patients, and take pride in keeping an office running smoothly, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out with exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and maintain a productive provider schedule. Present treatment plans, discuss financial arrangements, and answer insurance and payment questions. Verify insurance benefits and accurately document patient information. Maintain confidential patient records and process referrals, records requests, and correspondence. Communicate with patients by phone, text, email, and mail regarding appointments, treatment, and follow-up care. Coordinate prescriptions and assist with administrative reporting and office documentation. Support marketing initiatives and patient recall programs to help grow the practice. Order office supplies, coordinate with IT support when needed, and assist with routine administrative tasks. Help maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional office environment that reflects our commitment to outstanding patient care. What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Spanish as a first or second language is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in a dental office preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment presentation, and patient financing is a plus. Comfortable using practice management software and standard office technology. Current software is Curve. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. Why Join Us? Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
