Patient Care Sitters observe and protect patients at risk of harm or suicide, upholding confidentiality, and fostering a compassionate environment. Contributing to department growth, you'll handle complaints, identify, and solve problems, and ensure health and safety measures. Competency includes infection control, patient safety, fall prevention, and other critical areas. Ultimately, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive and respectful environment.

Required Education/Experience:
