As a Patient Registrar, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment patients arrive. What you will do Welcome and register patients in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. Accurately complete patient admissions and registration while ensuring information is up to date. Obtain required patient signatures, identification, and insurance information . Collect applicable deductibles, co-insurance, and other patient payments . Follow established policies and procedures related to admitting, discharging, and transferring patients . Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Help ensure every patient's visit begins with an organized, positive experience. Additional Job Description What You Bring High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow business office policies and procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help patients.
