Job Description

Join our clinical team and help coordinate quality healthcare services that improve the lives and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Job Duties Monitor client health needs, assist with triage, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records. Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and transportation to healthcare providers. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and other providers to ensure continuity of care and medication management. Maintain clinic documentation and healthcare records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. We prefer candidates with Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) and experience in healthcare, medical office support, or care coordination, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.
What we need from you:
Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions). Medical Assistant certification preferred. Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients. Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.
