The Patient Service Representative provides courteous assistance to patients and physician offices while scheduling and registering patients.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Patient registration which includes verifying benefits, obtaining referrals, and authorizations
• Collects patient responsibility at the time of service
• Ensures proper forms are completed by the patient
• Anticipates patients concerns and answers questions politely and effectively

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• eClinicalWorks experience is preferred but not required
