Registration Clerk at Northridge Surgery Center As a Registrar, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and their families. Your role is instrumental in creating a positive impression and ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus. Previous front desk/registration experience in a healthcare setting is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus. Proficiency in computer applications and data entry. Longevity in past roles.
