Join the team at KOC in our Registration Department, where we provide personalized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a (1) full-time Patient Registration Specialist Check In who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice. Located in Knoxville, TN. At Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, our purpose is to improve lives through patient-centered care — every patient, every time. Key Responsibilities:
Checking patients in/out Obtain patient information and schedule appointments and follow ups as needed Input notes into EHR system (NexGen) Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Medical office experience preferred EHR and NexGen experience preferred Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
