Starting at $16/hour - can go higher depending on experience Position Overview We are currently seeking a Patient Accounts Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing insurance and patient payments, reconciling daily deposits, and maintaining accurate production reporting. Key Responsibilities Process insurance and patient payments (electronic and manual) within established timeframes Post payment batches, including denials, and reconcile against daily deposits Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions, including daily control reports and production logs Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress Escalate unusual situations to the Supervisor as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 6 months of medical billing experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Why Join Us Competitive pay Opportunity to grow within healthcare revenue cycle operations Supportive team environment
