Role Description As a Patient Engagement Associate at Atlas Oncology Partners, you may be the first voice many patients hear. Through telephonic outreach to prospective patients, families, and caregivers, you will guide them through enrollment and get them scheduled with Atlas. You will also support care coordination and support inbound calls as needed. Above all, you're passionate about being a true partner to people living with cancer through every step of their care journey. You understand that a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, and you believe no one should have to navigate it alone. That belief shapes how you approach every conversation. Because Atlas is a startup, you are comfortable with change and ready to pivot quickly when priorities shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact patients and caregivers, explain Atlas services, and support enrollment into the Atlas program. Effectively communicate Atlas services and address patient or caregiver concerns. Represent Atlas professionally to patients, caregivers, and oncology partners. Coordinate with the local outreach team to support telephonic outreach to engaged and non-engaged patients. Leverage reports and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective patients. Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets. Provide inbound call support for the clinic as needed, including routing calls to the appropriate team member. Support other clinic administrative tasks as assigned, including referral routing and medical record-related tasks.
Reporting:
This role will report to the Operations Director Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of healthcare experience in care coordination, community health, patient engagement, customer service, or sales. Proven success in a centralized contact center environment with a high volume of outbound communication preferred. Strong aptitude for documentation; prior experience with a CRM platform is a plus. Excitement to be part of a tight-knit team with shared accountability for enrollment and strong collaboration skills. Strong trust-building and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate Atlas services and address patient or caregiver concerns. Impeccable customer service skills; willingness to go above and beyond for patients or caregiver. Highly organized and efficient. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
