What You'll Do Patient Care:
Diagnose, treat, and develop personalized care plans tailored to each child, including acute concerns
Growth & Preventive Health:
Monitor physical and emotional development, provide early intervention, and guide families on preventive care
Patient & Family Education:
Support families from infancy through adolescence with clear guidance and compassionate care
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards
Collaboration:
Work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care What We're Looking For We're seeking pediatricians who value team-based care and want to be part of a mission-driven organization: Strong communicator across patients, families, and care teams Patient advocate who meets families where they are Collaborative team player focused on quality care and mentorship Tech-forward mindset to enhance efficiency and patient experience Growth-oriented with a focus on continuous learning and innovation Family-first approach grounded in evidence-based care What You'll Need MD or DO from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license Active Tennessee DEA license Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics 2-3 years of post-residency pediatric experience Comfort in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
