Desert Rose Dental is Opening in September! If you want to help create something special from the beginning, we would love to meet you! This isn't just another front desk position. We are looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator who wants to help build something special from the ground up. You will help shape systems, influence the patient experience and become an important part of our founding team. Compensation is based on a clearly defined level system that considers experience, technical knowledge, role specific skills, independence and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities. Why You May Love This Opportunity Have your experience, initiative and performance recognized and well compensated Create exceptional patient experiences and lasting relationships See your ideas and your work make a visible impact What You Will Do Create a warm, polished first impression in person, by phone and through every patient interaction Schedule strategically to support productivity and smooth patient flow Verify insurance, explain benefits and coordinate claim submission and follow-up Present treatment plans, financial arrangements and payment options with confidence Manage patient communications, follow-up and collections Help develop systems and participate in community events and local marketing You May Be A Great Fit If You Have at least 2 years of dental front-office experience Are confident discussing treatment, insurance and finances Take ownership, solve problems and do not wait to be told what to do Are organized, dependable, professional and comfortable learning technology Thrive in a startup where everyone wears multiple hats Believe no task is beneath you when it helps the team or improves the patient experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front-office experience required Strong dental insurance and treatment presentation knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curve software experience is a plus, but not required Reliable transportation for community events Our Culture We are building a team, not simply filling positions. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
