Business Services Rep will schedule appointments, handle heavy phone volume, check-in patients and verify insurance eligibility, print and distribute patient paperwork, collect co-pays, and demonstrate HIPAA compliance. Will work closely with Bookkeeping/Business Services Specialists. Applicant should have experience with EMR, multi-line phones, Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills required. Monday to Friday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, late nights and weekends on a rotating schedule. Will be required to work at both offices. Wage DOE.
