Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service to patients, families, and community partners Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow using EHR systems Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Assist patients with registration, forms, and understanding visit requirements Communicate clearly via phone and in person, routing messages appropriately Collect and reconcile payments, co-pays, and cash drawer transactions Address patient concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with office equipment and scheduling systems Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient care Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
