Key Responsibilities:

Schedule intake evaluations for new patients across multiple providers and disciplines Manage and coordinate the entire intake process from referral through evaluation Oversee the referral to authorization process, ensuring timely communication and documentation Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers Provide SpanishEnglish translation services during patient communications and documentation Ensure all necessary intake documentation is complete and submitted accurately Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed Must be able to operate a multiphone system in a high paced environment

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Medical Assistant background or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail Proficient in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR)
