As a Receptionist/Intake Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing exceptional customer service, conducting Intake calls, and managing administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities Route all incoming calls and welcome incoming caregivers/candidates Conduct/Manage Intake calls to book Home Assessment Visits Provide exemplary customer service and assist with caregiver orientation and other office tasks as needed Rotate with staff for on-call duties Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Experience :
One year experience in a similar capacity role preferred
Education :
High school diploma
Skills :
Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
Characteristics :
Self-motivated and willing to learn Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00am
