The RN Patient Navigators help coordinate patient care, in conjunction with Neurosurgery clinic team from time of diagnosis through discharge. The RN Patient Navigator is a patient advocate who will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and medical teams to deliver quality patient care. Monitors patient outcomes, and participates in quality improvement activities. Works alongside management staff to implement and develop established or new programs related to department efficiency and cost-effective program implementation.
