Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Service Representative (Front Desk) to join our supportive team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering excellent service to our patients. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk Schedule and manage patient appointments Verify insurance benefits and submit authorizations Provide accurate information about clinic services and physical therapy benefits Answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism Maintain accountability for daily tasks and responsibilities Support billing processes and handle claims data Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes Experience with claims data Spanish Speaker is a preferred but not required. Office Hours Monday
  • Thursday 7:30 AM
  • 6:30 PM Friday 7:30 AM
  • 4:30PM Must be available to work these hours but will not work the full day unless needed.
