We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dental Assistant who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced general dentistry environment. This role is ideal for an assistant who enjoys supporting doctors, educating patients, and being part of a strong clinical team. Responsibilities Assist doctors during general dentistry procedures Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials Take digital X-rays and complete clinical charting Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support efficient patient flow and daily clinical operations Educate patients on recommended treatments and procedures Provide a professional, welcoming patient experience Assist with Invisalign, restorative, and other dental procedures Communicate effectively with front office and clinical teams Qualifications Texas RDA license preferred Dental assisting experience required Open Dental experience preferred Fluent in English and Spanish required due to patient communication responsibilities Strong communication and patient service skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental office Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Join a growing dental group where your clinical skills, teamwork, and patient care make an impact.
