  • 350,000 per year (DOE) Join a Growing Outpatient Primary Care Practice A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Greenville, Texas is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while practicing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, physician-led environment. The practice focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll join an experienced team with outstanding clinical support, modern technology, and an established patient base. Position Highlights
  • $250,000
  • 350,000 annual salary
  • Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
  • Outpatient only
  • No hospital rounding
  • Limited weekend phone call rotation
  • Gradual patient ramp-up during onboarding
  • Established patient panel
  • Collaborative team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Referral Coordinators
  • eClinicalWorks EMR with Dragon Dictation
  • Opportunity to perform office-based procedures
  • Strong administrative and clinical support Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients ages 13 and older
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform annual wellness visits, preventive care, routine physicals, and follow-up appointments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health outcomes
  • Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Perform office procedures including: o Joint injections (Arthrocentesis) o Well-woman exams o Minor skin procedures o Incision & Drainage (I&D) o Laceration repairs and suturing
  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and the multidisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation using eClinicalWorks Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Texas Medical License (required before start)
  • Active DEA License (or ability to obtain)
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
  • Experience with Annual Wellness Visits and preventive medicine
  • Value-Based Care or ACO experience
  • DOT Physical certification is a plus, but not required Benefits
