- Family Care, Full-Time, Days Medical Office Front Desk Lead Fast-paced, high-volume clinic is looking for top skilled Medical Office Front Desk Lead Work location: 100 Bourland Road
- Suite 150 Keller, TX 76248 Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday
- Friday (8am
- 5pm) Family Care Department highlights: Patient-focused Clinic Growth Opportunity within the Company Team environment Here's What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) 4 Years Billing experience in a Healthcare organization (REQUIRED) 4 Years Office experience (REQUIRED) Demonstrates good understanding of health insurance and medical costs, including coding Strong customer skills Good communication skills Proficient computer skills Excellent organizational skills Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism Team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Medical Office Front Desk Lead Process Acts as a team lead to schedule work and ensure timely and accurate billing activities.
