What you DO Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor's orders Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit What you BRING High School diploma or GED Strong communication and multitasking skills A warm and professional demeanor Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
