Required Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, care management, nurse triage, or similar healthcare support environments OR For internal employees: 7+ years of experience in a strategic leadership or operations management role within Kelsey Seybold Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical operational plans Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information concisely and influence decisions Proven ability to develop staff, build high performing teams, and lead through change Solid analytical skills used to design, implement, monitor, and adjust operational processes and performance metrics Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio Effective collaboration and communication skills across clinical and administrative teamsPreferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing clinical operations in a large multi-specialty medical practice, integrated delivery system, health plan, or centralized clinical support center Experience with Epic electronic health record workflows, especially In Basket, triage protocols, and clinical task routing Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams (RNs, LVNs, medical assistants, pharmacists, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Access Advanced proficiency with Epic clinical modules and reporting tools Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700- $193,200 annually based on full-time employment.
