What You'll Do As our Dental Patient Phone Services Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play a critical role in creating a world-class patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Assisting patients with questions and directing them to the appropriate team members Following up with prospective and existing patients Helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for Maintaining accurate patient records and communication notes Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and communication What We're Looking For Previous call center, food service, retail, customer service, patient coordinator, customer facing experience preferred Outstanding communication skills Positive, energetic personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional phone presence Ability to build rapport and trust quickly Self-motivated and goal-oriented Someone who embraces learning, growth, and continuous improvement Spanish / English speaking strongly preferred Growth Opportunities This is not just an entry-level phone position.
