Patient Services Representative (Check-In/Check-Out) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Services Representative to support our busy clinic and call center. This role includes front desk check-in/check-out as well as rotations in the call center. Position Overview The Patient Services Representative is often the first and last impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Modernizing Medicine is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet patients warmly and complete check-in procedures Collect co-pays/deductibles Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system Provide exceptional customer service at all times. This position is Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends!) We offer a comprehensive benefits package with generous paid time off and holidays. Requirements:
Previous medical office experience preferred Ability to meet attendance requirements Dermatology experience a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with high patient volume Proficient with computers and electronic medical records Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
