Job Description
Patient Services Representative Position Overview The Patient Services Representative assists the healthcare team in a professional manner in the clinic setting. This role primarily greets patients and visitors upon arrival, verifies patient registration information in the system, schedules follow-up appointments, and collects co-pays. Responsibilities may also include opening and closing the clinic (turning on computers, dispersing messages, registering and scheduling patients) and working collaboratively with all clinic personnel to ensure an efficient, safe, and welcoming environment of care.
