Job Description
Job Overview The Support Specialist position is a vital role within our organization, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and assistance to patients in need of support. This role requires strong communication/interpersonal skills, being coachable, and solid work ethic. Please include the number 47 at the top of your resume. Preparing examination rooms Managing patient records and billing. Maintaining office presentation and general cleaning Collecting Payment •Training will be provided. Possibility of full-time hours in the future. Requirements Hardworking with a desire to learn, be coachable, and provide world-class customer service Interpersonal and communication skills Experience is preferred but not required (Computer and social media skills a bonus)
