The Front Office Coordinator has the opportunity to "Exceed Every Expectation" with our patients by presenting an exemplary impression as they enter the clinic and in communications via email and phone calls. Your initial exchange will set a precedent for future interaction within the clinic and will build trust resulting in raving fans for all who associate with us. A Front Office Coordinator is responsible for: Warmly and enthusiastically greeting patients Scheduling patient appointments Answering phones Referral management Educating patients of insurance benefits and financial commitments Collecting patient payments Assisting patients with intake forms, quality assurance, and outcome measures Scanning and filing of medical records Maintaining a clean and pristine waiting room Interact with accordance to company values, purpose, and mission statement.
Job Requirements:
2+ years' experience in an office environment is preferred High School Graduation with some advanced education/certifications preferred Computer and software proficiency Team player attitude, energetic, organized, excellent customer service skills Must be able to work in the
United States Pay:
