Responsibilities:
Help families (over the phone) get admitted to Embarks Springville RTC. Conduct a initial assessment of their needs. Coordinate the admission process. Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help! Become competent in Embark and industry programs. Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce). Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way. Participate in team and weekly meetings. Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental healthQualifications:
Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable. Bachelors Degree preferred. Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:
