Can you overcome obstacles to get kids the help they need? Then consider joining Embark Behavioral Health as an Admissions/Sales Coordinator. We are seeking highly skilled and passionate professionals to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need. Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon , Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center—we're a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12-17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational .
Responsibilities:
Help families (over the phone) get admitted to Embarks Springville RTC. Conduct a initial assessment of their needs. Coordinate the admission process. Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help! Become competent in Embark and industry programs. Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce). Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way. Participate in team and weekly meetings. Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health
Qualifications:
Experience working in behavioral health admission highly desirable. Bachelors Degree preferred. Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
