Construction Roofing Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Operations Manage roofing projects from start to finish while overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously Coordinate materials, inspections, subcontractors, and employee schedules Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget Monitor labor costs and maintain profitability across projects Maintain job site quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Leadership & Team Supervision Supervise and lead roofing crews in the field Maintain strong communication with employees, contractors, and homeowners Promote accountability, safety, and productivity across all job sites Support team development and maintain a positive work environment Customer Service & Communication Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers Address project concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively Represent KYCO Services with professionalism and excellent customer service Construction & Estimating Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately Estimate labor, materials, and equipment needs for roofing projects Utilize construction knowledge, power tools, and hand tools effectively Assist crews in the field when needed to keep projects moving efficiently Additional Duties Provide support to other departments as needed Assist with improving company systems, processes, and field operations

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of construction experience required Roofing experience is required Superintendent, foreman, or construction management experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience controlling labor costs and maintaining project budgets Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship What Success Looks Like in
