DAY TO DAY AS A ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR
As a newly appointed Admissions Coordinator, you can expect a dynamic and engaging environment. Your daily responsibilities will include managing the admissions process, conducting tours for prospective residents and their families, and ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately processed. You will collaborate closely with healthcare providers, social workers, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth transitions for residents moving into our facility. Additionally, you will serve as a compassionate point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services. Regularly updating the admissions database and maintaining an organized schedule will also be essential to your role.
