Patient Care Representative Sentara Health - 3.7 Newport News, VA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description SMG Behavioral Health Specialists in Newport News, VA is hiring a Patient Care Representative. Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week 8am-5pm. The Patient Care Representative is responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Completes check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greet all patients and visitors with a smile. Must have ability to communicate with insurance carriers and discharge planners in a professional manner. Must be enthusiastic and energetic.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

None Experience:
Prior front desk experience preferred
