Job Description
HROSM is seeking a FT Check in/Check out Clerk for our busy (high-volume) Newport News location. Rate is determined by experience. Duties will be but not limited to the following: Entering patient demographic information Verifying insurance in-network status, ensure all referrals are received Checking eligibility and benefits Collecting co-pays and balances on accounts Provide necessary paperwork to all incoming patients as applicable Scanning registration paperwork into EMR Scheduling appointments and printing orders
