Duties will be but not limited to the following: Entering patient demographic information Verifying insurance in-network status, ensure all referrals are received Checking eligibility and benefits Collecting co-pays and balances on accounts Provide necessary paperwork to all incoming patients as applicable Scanning registration paperwork into EMR Scheduling appointments and printing orders

Requirements:

Must be able to work between 8:30AM and 5:30PM M-F 2+ years of front medical office experience required Must have strong working knowledge of insurances, E&B and authorizations Experience with Office365 required Experience with NextGen PM (preferred but not required) Fast learner with strong IT skills
